Jenna went above and beyond. All the nurses did a great job, but none of them were as wonderful as Jenna. Her biggest asset was her smile, her genuine concern and sympathetic voice. I know she had numerous patients to care for but when she was with me her voice, her work, her attitude made me feel that I was her one and only patient. When I was in pain or distress, she was kind and gentle and comforting. I had to be without food or water via mouth for 4 days and Jenna was my ally all the way. She advocated for me and she made me feel she was on my side and rooting for my recovery. She is a rare caretaker. She went beyond taking my vitals and changing my meds, she is an angel of mercy.
