Words cannot convey my appreciation forJenna when I had to go to the hospital. I had a very serious condition and had suffered for several weeks and at times was not able to take care of myself. I didn't want to go to the hospital so I suffered at home for a while before seeking medical attention.Jenna was very supportive and I knowshe had other patients too.She was so easy to talk with and compassionate.She lifted my spirits and made me feel better and I hope the feeling was mutual. The doctor told me I had to stay in the hospital which was the last thing I wanted to do butJenna was right there talking me through it and assuring me it would be ok.She immediately got me a phone so I could call my husband.Jenna met my emotional needs and my physical needs.She was the next best thing to having my family member with me. She helped me to the bedside commode quickly when needed and answered all my questions.Jenna is a very special person and the hospital is fortunate to have her.
