She helped calm fears of anxiety. Every question had an answer. She came up with an idea for curbing anxiety. She was always smiling, laughing, and making the night more bearable.

It was a late night when we brought my husband into the ER. She was professional, nice, doing her job, and at the same time making me feel less stressed. Even throwing in a little humor to make me chuckle. When it came time they decided to admit my husband and they informed me I could not go to his room nor stay in the hospital. I did not know how I was going to get home once they took my husband up to his room. Jenna went out of her way to calm me down and proceeded to help me find a ride with Uber. I had NEVER used Uber. She helped me load the app, give my information, etc. She even helped the lost Uber driver and made sure I was safely in the car. Before I left in the car, she helped me the entire time. Without her helping me, I am not sure what I would have done. She was sweet, professional, helpful, nice, and caring. Thank you, Jenna!
