Jenna has been extremely informative with me and my Grandmother through this whole fiasco! She always acknowledges my Grandmother and treats her with respect. She tells her step by step what she is doing and has a very calming and reassuring demeanor. She truly cares for helping in any way she can and gives honest answers. We appreciate having her here with us and I think she sets a wonderful example as to how a nurse should behave!

Jenna had a patient who is homeless. The only thing he had to his name was the clothes he came in wearing. Jenna took it upon herself to round up some things to give him. She rallied the other nurses and our manager and we were able to send him off with a large duffel bag with several sets of clothes, sneakers, toiletries and two large, heavy coats. He was moved to tears by the generosity. Jenna really touched this man's heart and our hearts as well.
