Jenna Stone should be recognized for her exceptional clinical skill, compassion, and genuine connection she builds with us Veterans.

I was impressed by Jenna's outstanding care during my visits. Jenna is remarkably skilled-especially in her ability to insert an IV with confidence, gentleness, and precision. I never even feel the IV go in! As one might imagine, most people don't like being poked, as it can often be an uncomfortable or anxiety-provoking experience. Jenna makes this process amazingly seamless due to her expertise and skill.

Beyond her technical excellence, Jenna's kindness is what truly stands out. Jenna always takes the time to ask meaningful questions, learn about me as a person, and you can just tell she is genuine and is here to serve veterans. She has a warm smile, gentle disposition, and calm presence, which immediately puts me at ease. When she is my nurse, I let go of any worry or anxiety, and I know she is always taking great care of me.

As I imagine others like me don't want to be there at the VA any longer than I have to be, I can always count on Jenna to deliver timely and efficient care, but she does it in a way that doesn't feel rushed, which makes for a great experience.

Jenna is a compassionate nurse who balances clinical excellence with heartfelt human connection. Her ability to create a positive, reassuring environment reflects the highest ideals of nursing. I know because my daughter is a nurse.

I am very thankful for Jenna, and I imagine other Veterans feel the same. I feel she should be recognized for her work, her compassion, and skill, all of which are important for all the Veterans.

Thank you, Jenna, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
