My husband was brought to the Emergency Department in a non-responsive state. Tests were done and consultations conducted with a neurologist and a neurosurgeon. Jenna went above and beyond, making sure I was comfortable while waiting for information.
But more importantly, when I was finally told nothing could be done in my husband's situation, Jenna came and sat with me while I sobbed. She continued to check on me until my husband was admitted and even came to find me the next day to see how I was doing.
Jenna saw that more was needed than her excellent nursing skills. She saw that I was alone and needed a caring human being for support. I am so grateful that she did!
