Wow, where do I start? Well, I came in one night late, scared, in pain, pregnant and tired, and Jenna from the jumpstart was super sweet patient and informative. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease right away. I was told I needed to be placed on a medication I'd never taken and having had so many allergies in the past I was nervous. Long story short, I had a reaction, right away I was mortified! Reactions are scary as it is, not being able to BREATHE and all, but pregnant?! I lost it! Jenna was so sweet and did everything in her power to keep me calm, as she and the charge nurse began to work on me. She held my hand spoke kind encouraging words that believe it or not was about the most helpful thing she could have done at the time. She stayed with me until I was ready to be left alone and that was something I will never forget. Being in and out of hospitals, my whole life I've met amazing doctors and nurses and I need to let everyone know that Jenna is amazing, she's one of a kind and a genuinely good soul. I've had her as my nurse 4 more nights after that night and she's still as great and I've never felt more comfortable with a medical professional. Thank you for allowing me to express my gratitude.
