Jenna had a very critical patient on the Brown team. Upon return from Imaging, the patient’s condition deteriorated and needed prompt medical attention. The patient was brought to resuscitation for prompt medical attention. During all of this, Jenna stayed with the wife to comfort her and talk her through what was happening. The patient passed away, and Jenna facilitated calling other family members so the wife didn’t have to be alone.

Jenna continued to provide comfort to the wife and never left her side, and continued to wait for family with the wife, so she never had to be alone. Jenna provided extreme care and compassion throughout this terrible tragedy. I am proud to work alongside her, not only being able to get this patient the immediate care he needed, but also going above and beyond to care for the wife and her needs at that time.
