Jenna is highly intelligent, a great listener, has a grasp on her profession, and is a doer, not just a talker. The night staff did not have time to give me a shower which helps with my chronic pain and Jenna went out of her way to ensure I got a shower before leaving for the day. She is a real gem! Always smiling and laughing and happy which made my stay a little easier. Jenna would cheer me up and encourage me to stay despite being frustrated with doctors and missing my wife.
