My mom was in ICU, Jenna was her day nurse. Jenna was compassionate and knowledgeable. Always trying to go above and beyond and seek out options when we were trying to make my mom more comfortable.
When I asked a question, she always gave an answer I could understand. She didn't boggle me down with technical talk. If we needed her, she was never far away. When Jenna was on duty I never had to worry about the care my mom was going to receive; everyone should learn from Jenna's example. I wish there were more nurses like Jenna.
After writing this I noticed the 9 reasons to nominate a nurse. I am happy to say Jenna is such an amazing person/nurse that she covered All 9 reasons!!!
