I was diagnosed a few weeks prior to my husband leaving the state for a new job. Without close friends and family, I nearly have been solo on this cancer journey. Depression, self-pity, and all the other normal emotions were quickly washed away each time I see my nurse, Jenna. The joy and happiness that she reflects make my infusions go so quickly. She has been my bright spot; I am made to feel unique in a room full of cancer. She seems to enjoy her job and it makes all the difference in the world to me. As my last infusion nears and I prepare to join my husband in Florida, I will miss all the great staff here, but this nurse is the superstar I will miss the most.
