Without Jennell’s help, kindness and loving personality, my experience at Kaiser would not have been the same! I was in recovery for approx 4 days and was in pain and dealt with several nurses at the same time. Jennell out of all demonstrated the most patience, dedication and support with the warmest smile and a natural kindness and consistency. She was pleasurable and made my stay a pleasure! She handled everything with loving compassion as if we were her own family. No matter what was needed or requested, she aimed to please! As well as nurturing of my family, she was able to address all concerns professionally and respectfully and with unconditional support and love. If I could take her home with me, I would! P.S. My babies loved her as well.

I would like to recognize Nurse Jennell for such a positive experience at Kaiser. Recovering is such an important time and with Jennell’s skills and hard work, I felt I had a memorable positive experience. She is one of these nurses that you don't have to ask twice for anything and will never neglect or make you feel unimportant. I appreciate Jennell for demonstration compassion and a loving heart with excellence in nursing! She is educational and we felt like royalty in her care. She kept everything stocked up- never had to ask for any supplies. I never felt guilty to call on her and handled everything to perfection. If I had a choice she would be my only nurse. I was actually sad to leave because I knew I would be leaving her. She went above and beyond any job description of a nurse! I felt at home with her. Kaiser is a great place and Nurse Jennell makes is even better!
