The day my dad was discharged after his stroke I was given little notice and rushed to the VA to get his medications and his diabetic supplies. I had no clue what I was doing and Jennette was so helpful and kind. She gave me an excellent crash course in diabetic and stroke care and made sure my father's medications were filled in time so he could come home safely. She continued to help me and answer my questions after that day as well. She was truly a blessing to me in a time of need!
