My daughter-in-law was induced; she was only 33 weeks pregnant and had been in the hospital for a month due to pregnancy complications, so the doctors decided to induce because the baby kept decaling. The whole month that my daughter-in-law was in the hospital, all the nurses on the 2nd floor were awesome, but the nurse (Jenni Nguyen) on duty the morning of inducing stole my heart. She had so much pride in her job, she was very patient and knowledgeable about what was going on and had so much compassion. Compassion, I believe, is the most important value to have when you are a doctor or nurse. Jenni really brings that value to work every day, and I can see and feel it just by being in the room with her that day. She showed every emotion in her that our family members felt that day, it was like she was part of our family, which I feel till this day the love she had for us and our new angel, and love and gratification we now have for her (Jenni).
