Jenni demonstrates a level of integrity that surpasses her peers. She is compassionate and kind, consistently devoting her time to her patients and her fellow staff members. She is creative in her thought-processes and is always placing the needs of others before her own. Today, she came in on her day-off and presented a long-term patient with balloons, succulents for her window, a keyboard (she used to be a music teacher), and cupcakes to celebrate her birthday! This patient has had difficulty with placement, and I have every confidence that Jenni's actions will have an everlasting effect on her. As we all sang Happy Birthday, tears of surprise, love, and gratitude rolled down her face, ensuring us all that Jenni's dedication and commitment to the nursing profession is sincere and based on a foundation that parallels Renown's own values and mission. I am overjoyed to have Jenni on my team!
