Jenni admitted me on day one of my chemo journey. And believe me, chemo is a journey. It takes people like Jenni to make that journey tolerable. While all the staff are amazing and dedicated caring people I feel Jenni deserves a special mention.
Jenni is not only caring and efficient but goes above and beyond the call of duty. She has excellent attention to detail in routine questioning, clinical care, explanations about what to expect, what was happening with the chemo, and excellent education for ongoing treatment at home. She is thorough with her documentation (staying back to complete my notes on my first session making sure the referrals were sent for the continuity of my care) and approaches each treatment session with compassion.
Above all Jenni has the ability to make her patients feel relaxed, provide the support required, and provide that extra attention to make her patients feel special and cared for.
I have watched Jenni with her other patients and her level of care and attention never falters.
