I came in late for a pacemaker (10 pm), and she made me feel at ease and comfortable, and very informed. Both nights she was always checking if I needed anything. Jenni gets the gold star for being Wonder Woman!!

I came in late to the ER when I was admitted due to heart rate issues. I also had a “CABBAGE” recently. Jenni was so understanding about my new fears of having a pacemaker procedure. My concerns were put at ease immediately. She communicated very well and was very knowledgeable about what to expect in the next day or so. In addition, we talked about my “Cardiac” goal and my new life’s goals about climbing a 14er. The entire time my mind was at ease and my experience was far less concerning. She checked on me regularly without disrupting my rest, explained what the next steps might be, and was always laughing as well as smiling. Overall, I had a 10 out of 10 experience. She is a badass and a wonder woman on this floor. I must also say that everyone was truly amazing and deserves far more than the recognition that you are receiving on a daily basis. Covid is preventable with precautions. I hate to see the effects on all the staff. You all are amazing individually and as a team. You save lives and damn-sure saved mine. Huge thanks!
