Jennica A Beltron, RN

As an older adult who lives alone with chronic disease and complications, and as a retired nurse practitioner, being acutely Ill and in the patient position can be difficult. Unfortunately, with a past history of disappointment by some health care providers and health care facilities, there is an element of fear. Jennica changed all of those concerns with her professionalism and compassion. I appreciated her knowledge and understanding of not only medicine but of personal need. Not only was she extraordinarily kind, caring, and brilliant with me, but with everyone she had contact with: colleagues, staff, and families. I had many wonderful caregivers while here, but Ms. Beltron spent the most time with me. Her absolute professionalism, knowledge, and kindness were beyond any duty and totally deserve recognition. To feel safe and protected is a blessing, and that is what she is to me.
