Jenny was absolutely amazing. It was a very scary, uncertain time for me. The first time I saw her, her wide, friendly smile put me at ease. Dhe was so caring and helped me understand what would happen during the tests. She checked on me all the time making sure my pain was under control. I was a fall risk, but when I did have to use the call button, I never had to wait to go to the restroom. She was so dedicated to her job and my care. She never acted like I was bothering her.
Jenny was so professional but very genuine in her compassion. A couple of times I was in tears from fear and uncertainty, Jenny would hold my hand and listen and reassure me and have me laughing or at least smiling before she left me.
She was so generous in sharing the cute stories about her baby. They always made me smile and forget my worries. She was so kind to my family and made sure they were comfortable. They loved her.
Jenny went above and beyond for me and my family. My nieces had come up from Tennessee to visit with their new little ones whom I had not seen yet. Because the hospital was still on flu watch they were not allowed to bring the babies to the floor. I was so disappointed, as were the girls. Jenny said she would see what she could do. She came back with a wheelchair and said she had gotten a clearance to take me down to the lobby for a few minutes! I was thrilled and got to hold each of them for a short time and take pictures. One is 8 months and one 4 months! It was wonderful and made me forget my issues for a while. I loved it and I will never forget Jenny's kindness and caring. She really cares for her patients, not only their physical health but their mental health.
She is truly an amazing nurse and woman. Thank you, Jenny!
