Jennie is a phenomenal manager. Jennie is kind, caring and understanding, yet firm and fair at the same time. Jennie takes the time to assist in the units when we are busy. It is not uncommon to see our manager helping to toilet a patient or helping to change a patient who is a total care. Jennie is firm but fair with her staff. We are told quickly when something is incorrect and allowed the opportunity to correct. Jennie is not condescending, and she certainly does not reprimand anyone in public. Jennie is a discreet manager who handles any unit problems quickly and quietly. In short, we love our manager. She is the best manager!
