Each time we found out more bad news, Jennie was right there along with us to help navigate our way through it.
I was referred to the Antepartum due to complications with my pregnancy of triplets. Going down my fiancé and I tried to prepare for all scenarios but in the end it didn't work out and we delivered three beautiful, identical girls. The care we received on that unit was beyond exceptional. We can't say enough good things about the staff there. Jennie, who was our primary nurse, took care of us beyond what a nurse’s role is. She took time on her day off to check in on us and see our progress, and gave us some of the best advice we've heard. We had to leave our girls in Dallas, and she made sure to update us along our way home and kept reminding us how loved and taken care of our girls were. She was our comfort blanket in a very dark time in our lives. Due to COVID, my parents weren't allowed to come in at first and that was really hard going through this just the two of us. We quickly realized that each time we found out more bad news, she was right there along with us to help navigate our way through it. Overall, your staff is quite amazing and turned a really bad situation into one where we will always remember the exceptional care not only our babies got but us and my parents as well.
