I can't say enough good things about this nurse!

My father was in the emergency room, very sick, very agitated, and anxious. Not only did Jennifer remain patient with him as he was very angry and mean towards her, but she calmed him down and ended up getting him to relax and even smile, which was something we had not been able to do.

She explained everything she did so thoroughly. She showed so much kindness toward him and was so caring that when we got upstairs to our room, my dad made a comment that said there was no better person to do the job than she did, and he praised her, which is unheard of for my father to have anything nice to say about anyone.

The next day, she came up to visit him in his room, where he was admitted, making sure he was doing okay and making sure he still had a smile on his face, and ended up sitting with him and talking to him for a few minutes... she just showed she cared, and it means everything to us.

I don't have enough kind words to say about this nurse; I will never go back to another emergency room and pray we always have her if we need to visit again!

I hope I got her name right. The nurse on the 6th floor told me her last name and how to submit this.
