June 2021 Honoree
Jennifer A. Trojan, RN
We would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Jennifer for her kind love and care to J during our stay. Ms. Jennifer was assigned to care for J on Thursday night shift. J had been fussy since he was admitted due to neuropenic fever. He just wanted to go home. His mouth bothered him so much that he refused to brush his teeth or take medicines. Ms. Jennifer was very patient and kind to J. Despite her busy scheduled, she stayed in our room patiently to persuade J to get his teeth cleaned. She brought him Lego toys as a reward and taught J how to apply the local anesthetic gel to his painful teeth and gum area. J was also able to take his meds under Ms. Jennifer’s supervision. I am so grateful for Ms. Jennifer’s kindness, patience and J misses Ms. Jennifer during the day as well.
Thank you, Jennifer, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
