I met Nurse Jen on my first day at the MS Center. I was 16 years old, and I was terrified, filled with so much anxiety about what I was going to find out. The team was so calming, understanding, and extremely empathetic. Nurse Jen had the warmest smile on her face, and she made me feel safe. My doctor and the team explained things very thoroughly, and Nurse Jen was very reassuring about all the information I was receiving. Her kindness never ended there, though. She was the person I looked to with any issues, and her responses were always prompt. She is a problem-solver and advocate by nature. To this day, 6 years after my first day at the MS Center, Nurse Jen makes me feel safe. Her concern is genuine, and I can't think of anyone else who deserves this more than her.
