She treated my grandpa as she likely does her own grandpa and every single interaction with her, she made us feel as if he was in great hands.
My grandpa was admitted to the ICU in February with COVID pneumonia. I called to check on him after he was transferred, and Jennifer treated me as family. She knew I was a nurse and listened to every question and answered RN to RN. She treated my grandpa as she likely does her own grandpa and every single interaction with her, she made us feel as if he was in great hands. When the out-of-state family arrived, she let us all go in the room, even for just a few minutes. She truly understands the meaning of family and what family means to a person in the hospital and their healing. She was comforting, never acted annoyed by my RN questions, and truly made me feel okay to leave at night knowing she had a good day with him and would be back the next day. She doesn’t know it but navigating the other side of healthcare as an RN is SO hard, but she made it so much easier for me. My sweet grandpa was in the best care when she was his RN. She’s the best of the best and truly cares about her job and her patients, and it shows! We love you!
