Jennifer did a thorough physical exam and was quick to find a change in neuro status in my patient's knee. She was quick to notify me and we were able to get Dr. G involved and save the patient's leg. Her thoroughness changed this patient's outcome and function for the rest of her life.
Through her diligence in assessing the patient, she probably saved the patient's leg. Jennifer's dedication to her patients and their care is an inspiration to new grads on the floor. She never gives up on issues, repeatedly calling the MD back if necessary for the patient. She is always willing to teach and help others. She is willing to teach and help others.
