I received a cardiac catheterization. Although familiar with your hospital, I have never had a procedure of any kind nor has my wife or I ever visited your hospital for any medical need. Our hospital of choice is Methodist Germantown as we live in Germantown. 

The purpose of this letter is to tell you that from my arrival at 5:55 am in the morning to the SDS area, to the cath lab, returning to the SDS area until my discharge at 5:30 pm, my experience was absolutely phenomenal. I wish I could remember everyone's name I came in contact with. Nonetheless, the SDS day shift was outstanding in all respects - I do remember Nurse Jennifer. The afternoon shift was also outstanding - especially Nurse Kim. I could not have wished for a more caring group of people had I tried. Not to be forgotten, the staff in the cath lab, I believe there were 3-4 people there assisting the doctor, who were also absolutely outstanding. 

The lab did a superb job inserting 2 stents where they needed to go- again, an outstanding job by a very talented and caring physician. Please let the individuals know how much I appreciate each and every one of them, those whose names I remember and those I do not. It was not the most pleasant experience in my life, but these dedicated groups of people made my stay so much better in so many ways.
