Jennifer Arroyo, LPN

Jennifer, I called her “Smilee” during the stay in the ER. She always had such a pleasant disposition about her. On days when I was feeling exceptionally painful, she would always be there to comfort me. Never did I have to call her twice. She was like “Johnny on the spot” whenever I needed something, she just seemed to magically appear! Once I was nearly falling out of the bed in an attempt to use my urinal, she appeared to stop me from falling on the floor. This was because she would always come by to check on me much more frequently than the other nurses on shift. Due to the fact that I am extremely hard of hearing, Jennifer was often summoned to be my ears whenever someone came to talk to me. Jennifer is a tireless and motivated nurse who stands out head and shoulders above her co-workers and certainly deserves to be recognized with a Special award!
