Jennifer was recognized by a patient for making her stay as comfortable as possible during a difficult procedure prep. Although the preparation phase was tedious and uncomfortable, Jennifer kept the patient in good spirits with frequent visits and a very upbeat and humorous attitude. When there was some question about the patient's readiness for the procedure, Jennifer worked closely with the hospital physician and the lab to ensure that frequent testing was preformed and the appropriate remedial actions were taken.
