Jen Austin is the clinical supervisor at Townsend Medical Center (TMC) and is very dedicated. Her patient care and safety is top priority and it shows. I often call her with difficult questions and she is able to walk me through it. She is my #1 resource! As well as being dedicated to patients, she is dedicated to Henry Ford Allegiance Health, and her co-workers.
