My father was taken to the ER as a dementia patient and Jen took it upon herself to give him the care and love of a daughter. She gave him medication in the most compassionate way, put a foley catheter in him while he was in so much pain and she was so incredible. My father was confused and she gave him positive and proactive care. Kaiser should be very proud to have such dedicated nurses. I am truly appreciative of her loving care during an immensely difficult situation. She cared for him with empathy and even took on the role outside of her duties. AMAZING!
