Jennifer was born with the gift to help people. She is so caring, compassionate and really has a love for helping others. She has taken great care of me and instantly made me feel like we were friends. She made me feel so comfortable and I was able to open up to her instantly. Jennifer deserves the Daisy Award. She is the true definition of what a great nurse should be. She has a very kind heart and she will make anyone who crosses paths with her feel loved.

My daughter was a patient at RCRMC and I have to say that Jennifer Ballesteros was such a caring RN. She was so good in her care for my daughter. I know if ever my family ever had to be admitted, knowing that Jennifer is working gives me such comfort. Jennifer makes sure to give her all and you don't always get that.
