As she was taking care of my mother, she was perfectly positive, energetic, informative, and professional.

I was admitted to the hospital through the ER and then admitted to the ICU for a Pacemaker. It’s quite a scary thing and sudden. I certainly wasn’t expecting to spend the weekend in the hospital. I understand that it was quite urgent, but the staff were very kind, and Jenni was very efficient, kind, and patient with me, the patient!

Jenni was so professional and also personal. As she was taking care of my mother, she was perfectly positive, energetic, informative, and professional. It was such a pleasure to know that someone of that caliber was taking care of my aged mother.
Her sensitivity to the needs of the moment was astounding. As my mother, due to her dementia, constantly revolved through patterns of thought and questions, Jenni was loving and patient. Never once did she exhibit frustration or annoyance with her.
She answered respectfully and joyfully, and she also led in her answers, moving the conversation toward more positive tones. A huge Thank You to her and to VVMC for recognizing and hiring such highly qualified personnel.
