Below are some of the highlights: I would like to recommend Jen for The DAISY Nurse Leader Award. She is always so thoughtful, helpful, kind, dependable, positive, compassionate, willing to go the extra mile, understanding, assists other units, and volunteers to oversee additional units. Jen exceeds expectations by staying on top of the myriad of responsibilities, and she makes it look easy. On behalf of all of Med/Surg, we greatly appreciate her for all she does to help everyone. We are forever grateful for her leadership!

She is the epitome of a true manager, and she is the one you want to have.
Jen is caring, selfless, and loves unconditionally. She works hard to strive for a successful unit, which she has exponentially. She puts others before herself when it comes to our unit. I am very thankful that I get to experience the beginning of my nursing career with Jen as my manager. She is a strong leader and role model. Your hard work never goes unnoticed.
