Jennifer Biggs, RN
One of Jennifer’s patients was in the hospital on his anniversary and unable to get his wife flowers—a yearly tradition between the patient and his wife. Jennifer took it upon herself to order flowers and have them delivered to her patient’s wife as a surprise. Seemingly small gestures such as this make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
