Jenn has always been willing to go the extra mile for all patients in the department, not just the ones she is directly responsible for. Staff routinely go to her when there is no other direction to turn, knowing Jenn will take care of it. She never passes the buck and never says something "isn't her job." She carries the responsibility of being a patient advocate and ensures that all the needs of those she comes into contact with are met. Sometimes, that looks like sitting with a Nursing Home patient after hours until his ride comes or being the last one to leave the office on a Friday. Jenn is always willing to go the extra mile and carry the heaviest load.
