Ms. Jenn really saved my life, not with medicine but with compassion, true compassion. I was at the end of my rope, but she gave me hope to dig deep inside and muster up strength that I didn’t know I had. She was so nice and caring. I felt so comfortable around her. I left the unit, went home, and turned over a new leaf in life and had to come back and say “thank you” in person.
