Jennifer Brinegar is a fantastic clinical coordinator for our Hioaks facility. She is known for being an excellent caregiver who is full of compassion for our patients. Jennifer was recently faced with a really difficult situation and showed up in a compelling way that made a meaningful difference for the family of one of our patients.
One of our patients regretfully coded while Jennifer was in charge. She acted swiftly, executed the code in an exemplary manner, and was able to get the patient successfully transferred to the hospital. The code was reportedly run with precision. While the ultimate outcome for this patient was not positive, the efforts of Jennifer and her team allowed this patient to spend their last moments with family and loved ones surrounding them. Jennifer is a healthcare hero every day with patients, but on this day she made a profound difference.
