Jennifer, countless times, has gone out of her way to bring in items for her patients that they need. She had one patient who could only have soft foods and loved mashed potatoes and gravy, so she went before work and bought a bunch of instant serving-size cups of mashed potatoes and jars of gravy so the patient would have them whenever needed during the day. She’ll go down to the café and get a patient a specific drink if they want it. She’s purchased hair supplies for patients before when they needed a rubber band or shampoo and conditioner for tangles. She’s done things like this so many times I can’t even count. She’s made baby beanies and crocheted blankets for dying patients and little kids that she’s donated to the hospital. She’s just a wonderful person and needs to be recognized!
