Jennifer was always there when I needed her. If she couldn't attend to me right away, she would let me know. She answered all my questions with a smile and always said "That was a good question to ask". She treated all of her patients with the same respect and always with a smile. She was the first to arrive on the unit and the last to leave. I always felt safe when she was on.
