Jennifer Brubaker, RN

Jennifer Brubaker is the kindest, most responsive nurse lead I have ever worked with. She is quick to advocate for staff and patients. She never shies away from going the extra mile. She is quick to answer questions. She is very approachable. She is reliable. She takes accountability and is trusted among staff. Jenni is smart and one of the best go-tos around. Jenni commutes to the Orthopedic clinics in Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and Fond du Lac. Her hard work and dedication make me want to do my best not only for our patients but also for my fellow staff members. When I started at the Ortho clinic, it was a brand-new specialty for me. I was way out of my comfort zone. She has never once made me feel like I couldn’t ask her questions or run something past her. She is also very quick with the “Please, Thank you, and You’re Welcome”. Seems like something small, but it isn’t. It says I am here for you, I heard you, and I acknowledge you – even in the small ways.
