I accompanied my parents on an outpatient procedure for my father. I was extremely impressed with Nurse Jen. She was super with my father, so very kind and compassionate. She took the time to answer all his questions and concerns regarding the heart procedure he was going to have, and she did it so professionally using words that he would understand and comprehend. Her kind mannerisms helped to calm his nerves and helped him relax; my dad is 85 years old, so this was not a small task. I was so appreciative of having her check in on him often as he had to lay flat for several hours after his procedure. The support and care provided by Nurse Jen was above and beyond.
