Jennifer Buford, RN

My daughter had been having pain for about two months on her right lower side. She came to the ER here, and it was determined that she needed emergency surgery. Jennifer came down from PACU to the ER and took my daughter to PACU. When we got to PACU, Jennifer was very attentive to my daughter, her husband, and I. Jennifer explained everything that was going to happen and what to expect.

After C went to surgery, Jennifer showed us to the waiting room. Jennifer kept us informed throughout the surgery. She made this a lot easier on us with her kindness and the way she treated us during this trying time. I feel Jennifer went out of her way to watch over while my daughter was in surgery. In the middle of the night, this meant the world to me and her husband.
