Jen is an amazing nurse with a great knowledge base and skill set. She always puts patients first and has their best interest at heart. She is also an excellent role model for her coworkers; she sets a good example for those around her and is very helpful in teaching and educating others. She has a great passion for nursing and is always learning and is in fact back in school to obtain her BSN. She is always friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

During one shift, Jen's quick thinking and reaction time resulted in a saving the life of a baby. She remained calm and focused so she could the job done and was a great team player.
