Jennifer’s dedication to excellence, kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to collaborate in safe patient care are only a few examples of her personal characteristics. I welcome and appreciate Jennifer as an extraordinary nurse. The day after Christmas in our ICU, I had a critical patient that required my full attention. Jennifer stepped up and immediately offered and did help with placing two critical IVs (a 14 and 16 gauge) that were needed emergently.

Jennifer is an ACT nurse (rapid response nurse) that is excellent at assisting and offering help to her ICU teammates. Jennifer also went above and beyond and helped me by caring for my other maternity COVID patient. Jennifer frequently communicated with me; she also helped by rounding on my patients. Jennifer is a vital team player that exceeds professional excellence, disseminates knowledge, is empathetic, self-driven, and humble. I have also worked with Jennifer as the primary ACT nurse for my patients in transfers. She possesses communication skills when using SBAR and demonstrates excellence in her skills for critical care nursing. My favorite quality about Jennifer is her passion towards her patients and her drive as an ACT Nurse. Plus, she has great style.
