Jennifer is very friendly and outgoing; she puts patients at ease and always has a smile! Her co-workers value and respect her as a member of the SCCA team.
Jen does an exceptional job helping the technologists in the MRI department by retrieving patients in a timely manner. She is consistently cheerful and always ready to help when needed. As an example, I had a very late arrival for a mid-afternoon appointment. Jen stayed late, helped prepare the patient with an I.V. insertion, and helped me calm this apprehensive patient before the patient's breast MRI.
She is a truly valued nurse by our MRI department.
