When walking out after work with Jennifer Capps and another team member, we were asked by an older gentleman for help. He asked if we were going to the Payless parking lot. If not, could we walk him as far as we could. Without hesitation, Jen walked with this man. While walking with her, he explained he couldn’t see well and had just seen the ophthalmologist and would need eye surgery next week. Jen helped him walk all the way to the bus stop. Jen went above and beyond helping this gentleman in the cold! Great job Jen! Thank you for exemplifying our values!
