There are not enough words to express our respect for Jen! She is overflowing with compassion! We have been here for 8 days so far and Jen always took the time to talk to my mom explaining what is going on or what is going to happen in terms we both understood. She has a special gift and we didn't get anxious about any procedures due to the way Jen explained them. It's very clear she loves caring for people. Even complete strangers feel like family in her presence. Thank you Jen.
