Jen had a patient who was homeless and accidentally had all of his belongings thrown away. Jen immediately called EVS to see if we could possibly find the belongings. The patient's only pair of shoes, clothes, and wallet were all lost. The next day, Jen went down to EVS to look for the belongings. Unfortunately, the belongings were not found at this time. Jen ended up calling her husband, who brought the patient two pairs of shoes (boots and sneakers), to the patient because she felt so bad we lost his belongings. Jen is such an amazing nurse, and this is just a small example of how she goes above and beyond for her patients. She truly represents what Humankindness is.
