Jennifer was so kind and helpful when everything seemed so bad. Jennifer went out of her way to get information and details for us that had not been properly conveyed in the six days we have been attending our brother. She took action on our behalf to speak to our newly assigned case manager as well as our newly assigned neurologist. Our brother was moved at 4 AM and was agitated and sleep-deprived and Jennifer took action to help us calm him and get him to nap. She went out of her way to give us 110% effort! Amazing!
